Signoz is an open-source application observability, performance monitoring (APM) and alerting tool. It integrates seamlessly with Opentelemetry as a tool for collecting and analyzing telemetry data.

For observing the traces, metrics & logs, you can built custom dashboards to get an overview of the most important things happening in your application. Additionally you can setup alerts to get notified!
